Happy Holidays!

It’s not too late to do your Christmas, Hanukkah, or other holiday shopping.  Our Lookingglass Farm Market will be open on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  Whether you need food, clothing, crafts, or jewelry, there’s sure to be something you could use for yourself or for gifts.

As they say on TV:  Come on down!

Pie-Making Class, Contest, and Social

October 22, 2016

10 a.m.

Pie making class taught by Connie. Bring a pie pan and your desired filling (other tools optional but encouraged: rolling pin, etc). We’ll walk you through whipping together a crust and getting that pie ready to bake. Then you can bake it at home or at the grange and then bring it back and get feedback at the pie social.

7 p.m.

Pie Contest and Social-Bring your homemade pie to compete in the sweet or the savory categories, meet your neighbors, and enjoy some pie. Then we’ll vote on the best pie of the valley.

Autumn Leaves Are Falling

But the Lookingglass Farm Market is up and running, indoors now, from 3 – 6 pm!  Be sure to check out the last of the summer harvest and beginning of the fall harvest.  You also can find eggs, jars of jams, including sugar-free, pickles, and other goodies like jewelry and crocheted clothing.

Our baker, Betheny, now will be offering take-and-bake pizza crusts without any toppings.  Fully loaded pizzas will not be available again until around June.
